I didn't see a recipe thread and I thought I'd share my own version of death by chocolate chocolate martini proclaimed too good to have just one by The Wild Granny
Makes 2
2 shots Vanilla Absolut 2 shots Kahluah 1 shot Bailey's 2 shots Godiva Chocolate liquor (can use white chocolate but we prefer the chocolate) hershey's syrup
In a martini shaker combine the booze with some ice and a tsp or two of hersheys. Shake well - I do mean well because sometimes the baileys doesn't want to mix. Drizzle inside of martini glasses with some hersheys (if desired and trust me Mom desires LOL) Strain the mixture into two glasses.
Repeat if necessary.
If you want an extra kick make them one at a time (because you'll run out of room with two in the shaker) and add one more shot - a shot (to a shot and a half) of godiva coffee liquor. Your martini glasses had better be the large variety though ......

Lucky, I was at a wedding in NY and was introduced to another version of a "Chocolate Martini". It was equal parts Godiva White and Godiva Chocolate, shaken over ice and poured in a martini glass. It came out like chocolate milk and god, were they good. I'm going to have to try your recipe, though.

Whoa Trouble that sounds wonderful.
Another favorite I have is a Colorado Bulldog.
In a tall glass mix (over ice) 1 shot kahlua, 1 shot vanilla absolut, 1 shot godiva chocolate liquor, and milk - about what? couple of shots?
Anyway, I prefer mine shaken so shake well THEN add a splash (1/2 shot?) of coke. Stir.
VERY yummy.

Served with a chocolate shavings rimmer Which reminds me (and if I've already posted it or told you - oops sorry) but The Wild Granny's last birthday, she coaxed the folks at Outback (in Laurel) into making her a version of the chocolate martini which wasn't on the menu at the time. Kudos to them for attempting it (the bartender had to ask how to make it) and for making it for her. Seems to me she had 2 that night On a partially related note, Outback used to serve an espresso martini which was quite lovely if I recall. Care to share the recipe?

Try freezing any of them.
One of my roommates used to do a "Alcoholic Chocolate Milkshake". I believe it was equal parts Godiva White, Godiva Chocolate and some other chocolate liquor (possibly Just Desserts Chocolate Chip Cookie), freeze til slushy, then serve.... I die. SO GOOD.
